App Data Download

Use this option to download app data into a spreadsheet for further viewing and analysis.

As with the 'App Data Upload' you will need get the app ID and paste this in to a cell on the spreadsheet. You will also need a table containing the field ID's of the columns you want to download and set aside a cell to store the settings.

To re-use the settings simply double-click on the cell containing them (in this case A1) or single click on this cell and then select 'App Data Download' from the Excel ribbon.

caution

It is a limitation of the current add-in that data in tables within an app is not currently available for download.
