Logging In

To log in to UniFi simply navigate in your web browser to the URL mycompanyid.unifiplatform.com, replacing 'mycompanyid' with the ID assigned to your organisation when your UniFi account was created. This will usually be your organisations name (e.g. finansys.unifiplatform.com).

You will then see a log-in screen, enter your user name and password and click the 'Sign In' button.

Users are managed by your system administrator, they will be able to create one for you if you don't have one. If you forget your password click the 'Forgot Password' option and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset it.

There are also options for 'Single Sign-On', this allows the system to recognise you automatically without needing a special account and password just for UniFi. Your system administrator can advise whether this method has been configured for your account and whether to use the 'Sign-in with Microsoft' or 'Sign-in with SAML' buttons.
